Currently Dav is working in the training department and conducts a variety of required learning to new hires before they enter the workforce. Additional responsibilities include serving as the trainer for Basic Assembly Training, Basic Cleaning Training, and Basic Disassembly Training. He performs "on the job training" audits for employees that have completed 60 days of employment on a new position. Dav participates in a variety of community outreach programs to represent Caterpillar. Through the years, he has worked in many roles including salvage, machining, planning, quality, scheduling, and now training. He has worked at Caterpillar for 39 years and hold a master's in business administration.
